in 2004, Zhongyuan Glass Industry Equipments Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "ZGIEC") is specialized in engineering design, technical
consultation, manufacturing and installation of production line key equipment,
and general contracting services (turn-key project) for flat glass production
line (such as float/solar/figured/sheet glass production lines). The majority of our team members are either
from national institute or have worked in glass plant for decades. Some are
authorities in their own profession while others stand out as excellent designers.
So far, ZGIEC has undertaken over 100 flat glass production lines both at home
and abroad and thus accumulated rich experience in flat glass plants setup.
Based on its deep understanding of glass production process and fully taking
into account the requirements of the clients, ZGIEC can optimize the designing
proposal to fully satisfy the glass production requirements and thus have won

Founding Industry Development Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZGIEC, covering
an area of 50,000 SQM, is the production base of flat glass production line
equipment established by the latter relying on its glass technology.
In Engineering Design Aspect:
ZGIEC has rich technology strength. We have doctors and senior engineers in our
designing team. Our employees range from senior engineers who once worked in
design & research institute or glass industries for decades to the backbone
technicians who once worked in national glass industry. We also have the
professional engineers for furnace, process, equipment, electrical, automatic
control and public utilities, who are skillful and well-experienced experts.
Based on the clients’ requirements and site construction conditions, the
engineering designing team of ZGIEC will give full consideration to the
practicability and economy of plant layout, to the rationality of production
line equipment configuration as well as to the cost performance of refractory
material selection so as to come up with the optimum proposal which can guarantee
product quality and reduce the project investment and operation cost. ZGIEC has
completed the plant design of hundreds of flat glass production lines at home
and abroad.
In Equipment Manufacturing Aspect: ZGIEC has its own equipment
manufacturing base consisting of two large modern workshops which are equipped
with a full range of hardware equipment such as lathing, milling, planing and
welding machines. ZGIEC can independently manufacture some key equipment for
the production line, such as batch charger, L-shaped suspended back wall,
damper regulation system, annealing lehr, cross cutting machine, longitudinal
machine, cold end etc. ZGIEC adheres to the concept of "manufacturing
high-quality products" and forges ahead. Based on a deep understanding of
glass technology, the glass production line equipment manufactured by ZGIEC can
fully satisfy the glass production requirements and their stable and reliable
performance can well guarantee the smooth operation of the glass production
lines. As original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ZGIEC can keep the equipment
quality under control and also guarantee the timely delivery of its equipment.
