On Mar. 20^th, 2014, lots of people gathered together at JIANGSU YIXING GLASS FACTORY to witness the historical moment. When the first glass comes out of the glass furnace, it marks that YIXING GLASS FACTORY is now successfully put into production. YIXING is the second large-scale glass production line (with two furnaces eight lines) set up by ZHONGYUAN Company. Its daily production can reach 2x300tons and it’s mainly designed to produce 1mm--2.7mm thick ultra thin sheet glass. At the beginning of 2013, the design and construction started and it takes around one year to complete this project and for the first glass to come out. This project corresponds with the QIAN’AN NORTHERN MINGJING GLASS FACTORY (two furnace eight lines, 2x300TPD)which was put into production in 2008 and creates the glorious achievement “MINGJING in the North, YIXING in the South” of ZHONGYUAN Company.

Since its foundation in 2004， ZHONGYUAN Company has set up dozens of sheet glass projects at home and abroad. The melting capacity of the line ranges from 10TPD to 300TPD and the glass thickness can be 0.8mm~8mm. The forming section equipments, annealing lehr equipments, cold end equipments as well as ultra-thin glass cutting equipments developed by ZHONGYUAN Company have greatly improved the sheet glass quality. The successful production of YIXING GLASS FACTORY has added one strong stroke in the already fruitful achievement list of ZHONGYUAN Company.
