On Apr. 26th, 2014, the figured glass production line of Ali Glass was put into production successfully. The gross pull of this natural gas-fired figured glass line is 85TPD, mainly produces 2mm-8mm thick figured glass and is one of the successful cases of Zhongyuan Company in terms of technical modification from PPG to figured glass process.
It¡¯s worth noticing that this figured glass line is converted from PPG and after modification, the plant can produce stably both sheet glass and figured glass, realizing the design goal for the coexistence of ¡°same furnace, different processes¡±. In addition, the annealing lehr designed and manufactured by Zhongyuan Company has combined the advantages of brick-structured annealing lehr and whole-steel whole-electricity annealing lehr by taking into consideration the limited power supply of the factory. This special structure of annealing lehr ensures good annealing effect on the premise of power saving.
The success of the figured glass production line of Ali Glass not only fills in the gap in figured glass market in Pakistan but also testifies further the design and equipments manufacturing strength of Zhongyuan Company.
